Every package includes a 2-week rental. Need more time? No problem — extend for $3 per box per additional week. Most moves finish well within 2 weeks.
You can add individual boxes for $6 each at delivery, or we can drop off extras mid-rental. If you over-ordered, no worries — you only pay for the package you booked.
Yes — every box is steam-cleaned and sanitized between rentals. They're commercial-grade HDPE plastic (the same material used by logistics companies), not flimsy Rubbermaid bins.
We deliver to your current address and pick up from your new address — even if it's a different city in our service area. You pick the delivery date when you book, and we'll schedule pickup when you're done unpacking.
Normal wear and tear is expected — that's on us. These boxes are built for thousands of moves. You're only responsible for boxes that are lost or destroyed beyond use.
